Here is the latest information on the Black Pearl Golf Course and Pristine Bay development.
- They are moving faster than I expected on the first 9 as they have laid most irrigation, finishing the shaping of holes and almost ready to grass.
- The Lancaster group (developer’s of Pristine Bay Resort) sent all funds last month and broke ground for their 16 acre hotel site a few weeks ago.
- The Residence beach club has been moving dirt to design the tiered pools and 3 tennis courts as well as the continuation of club.
- There is also one other attachment with a very nice write up in “Avid Golfer”.
- There is now becoming more interest in the Condos which run along the 18th fairway which either have Marina or Golf Course views. 5 are sold of the 16. It was originally set out that 9 of the 16 have to be contracted before building starts. That has now been changed – The developer’s are going to start the construction of the condos very soon, as they have the money to do so.When this happens, condos will be sold at completed prices and not pre-construction prices. This maybe a good time to look at these. Payment schedule is very attractive too.
